Privacy notice

All files are handled through Ardy Toosi, Mortgage Agent Level 2 (Licence #M23006041) at Mortgage Associates Ontario Inc. (FSRA Brokerage Licence #12340). Ardy or a licensed member of his team will contact you directly.

What we collect

The details you enter: your name, contact information, and the general information you share about your mortgage goals, property, income type and credit. If a realtor referred you, we record who referred you.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your request and assess mortgage options for you. We do not run a credit check or share your information with a lender without your further consent.

Who sees it

Ardy Toosi and licensed members of the mortgage team at Mortgage Associates Ontario Inc. Your real estate brokerage does not receive your financial details. If you opted in, the realtor who referred you may be told your general status.

Contact and marketing

We call, email or text you about the request you made. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Automated texting is not enabled.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting toosimortgages@gmail.com or calling 647-607-2739. Records we are required to keep by law are kept for the period the law requires.
